Is the old Snarf’s Sandwiches loyalty program still active? No, the old program was replaced by the new and improved Snarf Rewards.
I was part of the old loyalty program. Can I get my points transferred to Snarf Rewards? Yes! Simply create a new Snarf Rewards account via our app or website by choosing the “Migrate” button. You must use the same email address you used with your old account. Once you create your account, your old points will migrate to your new account within about 20 minutes. They will be converted to our new point system (old point system - $1=10 points; new point system - $1=1 point). The value of your points will remain the same. *If after 24 hours you do not see your converted points in your new account, email marketing@eatsnarfs.com for assistance.

How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. You can earn points when you order on our app, our website or in-store.
How long does it take for my points to show up in my account after I place an order?
Typically, your points will show up in your account about 20 minutes after an order is completed.
What can I redeem for my points?
Do reward points and special offers expire? Points will expire 365 days after you earn them if you have not redeemed them. To track your points, open the Snarf’s app and tap on “More” and then “Account History”. Scroll down to see the dates of all your orders, their corresponding points and your redemptions. Special offers will include expiration dates.
Do catering orders earn points?
No, catering orders do not earn points.
Do gift card purchases earn points?
No, gift card purchases do not earn points. Only food and beverage purchases (non-inclusive of tax, tip and delivery) earn points.
Do tax, tip and delivery charges earn points?
No, only food and beverage purchases (non-inclusive of tax, tip and delivery charges) earn points.
How do I earn bonus Snarf Reward points when I refer a friend? You earn 25 bonus points for each friend who joins Snarf Rewards when they use your Invite Code. Your Invite Code can be found in your app by tapping “More” along the bottom of your screen. Your points will be added to your account after your friend places their first order. Your friend will earn 10 bonus points for using your Invite Code.
Is there a Welcome Offer?
Yes, a $5 off $10 Welcome Offer is given to people who create their account VIA OUR MOBILE APP (not our website). Typically, the Welcome Offer will show up in your account about 20 minutes after you create your account.
Can I redeem more than one reward or offer at a time?
No. You can only redeem one reward or offer at a time.
Is there a birthday offer?
Yes, we do give members a birthday offer. Once a Snarf Rewards member has been a member for 30 days, they will be eligible to receive a birthday offer. Birthday offers are sent out on the first day of the birthday month.
Do orders placed through 3rd parties (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc) earn Snarf Rewards points?
No, only regular orders placed through the Snarf’s app, website or in-store earn points.

- Scan your account's QR code on your app or give the cashier your phone number. Either way will associate your account with your order so that you can earn points.
- If you do not check in with your account at the register, you can earn points by scanning the bottom barcode on your receipt or entering the barcode number within 5 days of the date on your receipt. To scan or enter the barcode, go to the Rewards page on the app and tap the blue "Earn/Redeem In-Store” button.
