After two decades of creating the World’s Finest Sandwiches, Jimmy Seidel aka "Snarf" set out to achieve the same greatness on the grill. In 2013, Snarfburger opened its first location located in a 600-square foot shack in Downtown Boulder. Since the beginning our philosophy has always been to have fun, make great flippin' burgers, feed our friends and always exceed expectations.

At Snarfburger you'll be transported to the retro all-American burger shack that is all about flippin' great food without the frills. It’s a destination for those looking for a fun atmosphere, down-to earth people and a place to enjoy life's simple pleasures like sinking your teeth into a mouth-watering burger. Every burger is made-to-order using exceptional ingredients including hand-pressed patties and fresh sliced veggies and cheeses prepared every day. Add a kick by topping it off with our hot giardiniera peppers, a signature of the Snarf's brand.

The menu features staples like our classic Snarfburger Double, rotating burger specials, crispy frings (a mix of fries and onion rings), smooth blended frozen custard, and our favorite throwback - the fried bologna sandwich that leaves you craving more.

Today, Snarfburger has expanded into the Denver metro area with two locations next door to our Snarf's Sandwiches shops in the Capitol Hill and Jefferson Park neighborhoods. In addition to the craveable food, each Snarfburger restaurant is unique to its community where the existing buildings have been restored and infused with custom eclectic décor and design that creates the funky retro vibe for which Snarfburger is known.
